Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about bringing the magic of Disney Fine Art into your home.
What is the difference between a limited edition giclée and a lithograph?
A giclée is a high-quality print using archival inks on canvas or paper, often hand-embellished by artists to add texture. A lithograph is created using a traditional printing process on high-quality paper. Limited edition pieces are hand-numbered and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
Since many of our pieces are custom-framed or hand-embellished to order, processing typically takes 7-14 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional framing services?
Yes, we offer a variety of premium, museum-quality framing options designed to complement each specific piece of art. You can select your preferred frame style directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return policy for fine art?
We want you to love your new artwork. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please note that custom-framed items may be subject to a restocking fee, and all returns must be in their original packaging.
How should I care for and clean my Disney Fine Art?
To preserve your investment, avoid hanging artwork in direct sunlight or high-humidity areas. For cleaning, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently dust the surface or frame. Never use chemical cleaners or water on the canvas or paper.
Is the artwork accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes, every piece of limited edition Disney Fine Art includes an official Certificate of Authenticity. This document verifies the artist, the edition size, and the individual number of your specific piece.
